Over 120 vendors and over 400 quilts

Please join Minda Schneider, Sandy Guild and Coreen Strzalka as we venture to the NQS quilt show!  This will be an overnight trip, so be prepared for extra fun!  Not only are there quilts and vendors, but there are several other activities that you may choose to attend.  Please see www.nqaquilts.org/2008show/welcome.html   The activities include classes, lectures, Friday night dinner, silent auction, and a special Rose Quilt Exhibit.  Please note that some of the activities have additional costs associated with them.

We will be staying at the Hyatt Regency Hotel – connected to the conference center so there is quick access to the quilt show from your hotel room.

Cost:  Includes round-trip motor coach transportation to the Columbus Convention Center, over night stay at Hyatt Hotel in a non-smoking room with two double beds, continental breakfast on Saturday morning at the Hyatt, two day admission to the quilt show, water and light snacks on bus, door prizes on the bus, and tip for bus driver.

Single:  $240
Double:  $150 per person
Triple:  $125 per person
Quad:  $110 per person

We will leave from the Value City, Lansing, Michigan parking lot at 5:00 am on Friday, June 20 and return at 5:00 pm on Saturday, June 21, to the Value City parking lot.

If you would like help finding a roommate, we can help you.

Half of the cost is required to hold your space.  Please make checks payable to Minda Schneider or Coreen Strzalka.  If you need to cancel, there will be no refund unless you are able to find a replacement.  We will keep a waiting list of those interested in the trip.
